Hey Bear 👋

This post might be a little disheartening to some, but I’ve genuinely enjoyed every moment I’ve spent here on BearBlog.

After a lot of thought and consideration, I’ve decided to make atebear.pages.dev the primary home of ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ Ate Bear Blog.

I want to own my content and have full control over my little corner of the web.

My site is open source, decentralized, free, and doesn’t track its visitors. It also means I only need to maintain one site instead of juggling multiple homes for the same blog.

Don’t worry—Ate Bear Blog isn’t going anywhere.

The future plans I have for this little cave will continue. I’m simply choosing a different place as my main territory.

BearBlog was where this journey began, and I’m grateful for that.

So this isn’t really a goodbye.

It’s more like a bear moving to a new cave while waving back at the old one.
